Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays), processing may take an additional 2-3 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Expedited Shipping rates for orders under will be calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and destination of your order.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s progress.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at Contact@HorizonImportsGroupLLC.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details that may help us resolve the issue.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for further assistance. Delivery Issues
If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship your order.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
