Elysian Bliss Return and Refund Policy

At Elysian Bliss, we take pride in delivering high-quality crockery and glassware to our valued customers. Due to the fragile nature of these items, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy unless the package remains unopened and the Elysian Bliss secure seal is intact.

Return Conditions:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and with the Elysian Bliss secure seal completely intact. If the seal is tampered with, broken, or removed, the product will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Inspection: All returns will be carefully inspected upon receipt to ensure the packaging and seal have not been tampered with. If the seal is found to be broken or the packaging opened, we reserve the right to reject the return.
  • Non-returnable items: Custom orders, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

  • If your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer or payment method’s policies.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item upon delivery, please contact us immediately at Contact@HorizonImportsGroupLLC.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Timeframe: Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount unless the return is due to damage or defect.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Wait for approval from our team. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
